Hello everyone, I was wondering if there is anyone who has experience with frequent tournament bowling that might give me insight into how to better practice. I've been fortunate enough to raise my average up to around a 210 in my league and I want to keepp improving so that I can compete in sport shot tournaments. I know that practicing spares is obviously critical and I've been making good progress in this area. Additionally, I've been trying to be more proactive in getting sport shots set out for me to practice on. Are there drills and exercises that you all have heard of or done yourself that you think have made you a more competitive bowler? Could be shot-making, reading reaction, ball changes, lane play, or anything. I'm just looking for a way to practice more efficiently as I do have a lot of time to practice. Thank you!
