tried to start it multiple times, each time the issue stays the same of the controller still obviously working based on the audio queues, but the screen being completely black. I tried the hard power down, as well as what worked when my console last had this issue (booting it up in low resolution mode) but the issue was not fixed, and instead of the quality being downgraded the screen remained black. A couple of times the visuals were on for a split second, but pretty much the moment I hit any button or moved any stick they shut back off. Any additional help that you would suggest?
