My full BillDesk verification experience (2 months wait + physical visit, no confirmation yet

Sharing my full experience in case it helps someone going through the same thing.

I was put into the BillDesk verification process, and the first issue was the wait. After submitting everything, I didn’t hear back for almost 2 months. No updates, no clear status, nothing. It just felt like I was stuck in a queue.

Then today, around 1 PM, a verification agent finally came to my place.

He had clearly traveled a long distance (looked like ~2 hours by bus), so this doesn’t seem like a small or quick process on their side.

What he did:

  • Asked for my Aadhaar card and checked it
  • Took a photo of me
  • Took a photo with both of us together
  • Captured location (GPS, I think)

So this is not just normal KYC — it’s actual physical verification.

After that, he simply said: “Process completed. It will take around 15 days to reflect.”

And then he left.

Now the part that’s confusing:

  • I didn’t get any email
  • No SMS
  • No confirmation or receipt
  • No tracking link

It’s been a few hours, and still nothing.

After waiting 2 months already, this feels a bit unclear. I don’t know:

  • if the verification is properly submitted
  • if no confirmation is normal
  • or if I just have to wait another 15 days without any visibility

Also not sure if this has to be repeated for every app that uses BillDesk.

If anyone else has gone through this, how did it work for you? Did you also get no confirmation after the visit?

I’ll update this post if I receive any message or status change.
