



My internet has been down since at least 18:00 Friday. I came home to watch the hockey game on Sportsnet and I got a frozen screen. U called Rogers after rebooting my modem. They said they were aware on the problem and basically hang up. This morning my iPad was not connecting to the ineternet. I called at 10:00 and got the message they were aware and…. Anyway at 11:30 I called again, I am on hold. This is the message on the website. Are they aware, or not aware?
