Is there anything you can do?

My husband has a twin brother who we will call. Jake, he and his girlfriend have broken up once and they have recently gotten back together and I know most of you would say that part isn't any of my business but that is not the part that I'm concerned with. I'm going to give y'all some background texts. The reason he and his girlfriend broke up the first time was because his family had called her a furry (she is a cosplayer) and apparently he did not like that. They called her that and he was afraid of what they would think of him. So he broke up with her. During this time he talks to another girl on discord while this is happening. He tells said girl about how his ex-girlfriend is crazy and how she had told him that she wanted a baby this year by him and he's telling this girl basically all of his ex-girlfriend's secret deeds mind you while he's talking to this girl. He is simultaneously trying to get back with said ex-girlfriend a few weeks have passed and he does get back with the ex-girlfriend. The thing is he gets said ex-girlfriend pregnant. Then a couple of months passed and everything goes silent until we hear that. He then got engaged to the girl and then we find out that she does not exist. She has no social security, no birth certificate nothing. That's when the truth comes out and she says that she was born in a cult and that is why she doesn't exist. My whole thing is is there anything we can say to help him considering that she baby trapped him and is possibly trying to play the government by not existing and having a baby and I think the only reason he even got with this girl is because she doesn't like being alone which is shown from his past relationships. Not only that, but he moves forward so fast. He also had an ex-girlfriend who he's broken up with multiple times and they had a trip coming up that I was invited to and he got back together with her just so he could bring her to the trip but he was not very partner e with her. He was very distant. My whole thing is is there anything we can say to him to tell him or give him options on what he can do considering that all of this happened just as he turned 21?
