For example, if the response is nothing but code, does factuality not apply? Or does it apply, and it is considered factual if the code works as intended?

I took the qualification test for generalists yesterday, and today I verified my identity. I did not get any email saying I was accepted, but my dashboard is showing a task I can do for $25/h as well as another qualification. Does that mean I'm in?
