Posting on behalf of my company, FULL Creative. We're running a walk-in drive across two venues in Bangalore and wanted to share it here.
Why two venues: We've placed them deliberately at opposite ends of the city, pick whichever is closer to you. No reason to cross Bangalore for an interview.
We're looking for candidates with around 0-4 years of experience in client-facing, customer success, or support roles. The roles are CAM, Product Expert, Chat Support and Business Development Executive. C1 level of English communication skills required as you would be working with our global client base.

Registered candidates move through the process faster on the day. It also helps us plan the day properly at both venues so nobody is waiting longer than they need to. The honest breakdown on shift and work setup:
Rotational shift - I want to be direct about this upfront. It's not fixed nights and it's not fixed days. The schedule rotates. If you need a completely predictable schedule, this likely isn't the right fit. If you've worked rotational before and are comfortable with some variation, keep reading.
The hybrid situation is genuinely different from most roles using that word. You're in office twice a year, one week each time, for in-person collaboration with the team. The rest of the year you're working from home. That's it.
What the process looks like on the day:
It's a structured two-stage process. First, a communication and comprehension round, fairly straightforward, no tricks. Then a one-on-one conversation with someone from the HR team about your experience and the role. Most candidates are done in under two hours.
Shortlisted candidates will have their interview with the team lead and manager virtually. No case studies, no take-home tasks, or 4 weeks of wait for an update. Come ready to talk about how you've worked with clients and what you're looking for next.

Time: 10 AM to 2 PM

- 8 May 2026 - WeWork Vaishnavi Signature, Bellandur
