We are prepping to start to try to conceive in a few months with baby number 2 and I would like a fit pregnancy. I really want to prioritize my health. I don’t do much now expect for play tennis. I’m unsure what to do to try to train for a fit pregnancy before I am even pregnant. It seems like weight lifting is common. Should I focus on that?
