If you believe that two qira'at with two different words, meanings, and no concurrences are of the same validity, then doesn't that constitute your belief in literally different versions being revealed to the Prophet depending on the "context"? So you basically believe the Quran is not one scripture at all. That's a huge difference in aqeedah, in my opinion, far greater than any other differences apart from Tawheed.
