Good Afternoon to everyone here,
I have been applying to entry jobs for the past 3 years and I am getting as far as the application viewed stage and I am assuming that the people are seeing my name and immediately just rejecting it because they don't want to deal with the visa sponsorship hassle.
The issue is I don't need a visa as I have gotten a Permanent Residence here which gives me the right to work and I have listed that in my resume/CV and I always add it to the note for the employer but still so far I cannot get to the interview stage. I am here seeking advice from people as I don't think my qualifications are really in question.
I have a bachelor's degree in Business Engineering from UMP and over 2 years experience in my field (working in Germany) and I am fluent in English and Professionally proficient in Bahasa Melayu.
I am here to get advice and maybe even job offers if my field and expertise would interest anyone and if there are any questions I would gladly answer them below
