Neighbors big mad

Reported next door neighbors to the city and HOA for another reason which they were completely at fault and damaged our property. This seems to be their response. This isn’t the first time we’ve attempted to address this completely unnecessary light. First time was back in 2024, and they said “As for the lights, this is how we prefer to have them for safety at night since we live in an open area. Our suggestion is that you consider buying specific curtains to block the light from coming into your bedroom. I will attach a link for your convenience.

Thank you for your consideration.”

Guess it may be time for curtains or window film/tint? Any other suggestions or ideas?
