Aren’t these songs played at every show? What are we deciding here?
I’m not Mexican btw I’m just looking, but this seems kinda ridiculous seeing as these songs are played at literally every show.

What is your favorite part of each song in one of metal's greatest albums???
Holy Wars - Dave's solo, it blends in so beautifully with the rhythm in the background and sounds incredibly heavy at the same time
Hangar 18 - Opening riff
Take No Prisoners - The lyrics – they're as counterculture and antiwar as you can get and they fit Dave's voice perfectly
Five Magics - The tail end of the song where the opening riff repeats multiple times, how could you not headbang to it???
Poison Was The Cure - Ellefson's bass line, it's a nice break from all of the loud stuff before
Lucretia - Probably my favorite Friedman solo on this album, it's so memorable and every time I listen to it I know exactly how it's gonna go and I love it
Tornado of Souls - Although I prefer Lucretia's solo, this one still kicks ass
Dawn Patrol - Applies to the whole song, but I like how slow it is. It works really well as an interlude.
Rust In Peace - Three things: the first one being Nick Menza's drumming obviously, the riffs are incredible especially when you know that some were made before Megadeth was even formed, and lastly the name. The name of the song "Rust In Peace... Polaris" feels very symbolic to what the lyrics suggest and gives it way more depth than most people would realize.
The Threat is Real, The Sick, The Dying… And The Dead! or Tipping Point?

People went nuts when they'll started playing I'll Get Even, a relatively new song when this was recorded. Wish that was played over Trust for the 900th time.
Based both on lyrics, production, AND the sound of Dave Mustaine's voice.
Even though the lyrics on some of Megadeth's songs are extremely corny, TSTDATD just sounds like a man having a very hard time, which is understandable considering it was after he beat cancer. But what do the rest of you think?
Super Collider is starting to grow on me a little. The first two tracks, Forget To Remember and Don't Turn Your Back... are actually really good the more I listen to them.
Kingmaker's opening riff especially I really like, however I heard there's a dark story behind the opening riff in regards to Ellefson. I look it up and most of the info is really old, so if anyone could tell me what ended up happening that'd be nice.
Most people can probably agree that Dave's younger voice was gold, but there are a few songs to me that sound so much better now than they did before. Trust in particular is one of them, it's a song about deceit and betrayal, and his raspy voice fits that theme so well.
What other songs can you think of?
Obviously if I ask what album has the best production, most of the responses are going to be Rust In Peace or Countdown To Extinction.
I’m curious though what albums released after 2010 (Th1rt3en, Super Collider, Dystopia, TSTDATD, Megadeth) do you guys think has the best production? Especially seeing as they vary quite a bit.
Both of these tracks have this awesome fast paced heavy riff that goes on throughout most of the song, and have the most Megadeth sounding vocals you can imagine. They also have similar production seeing as these were the first albums that Dave had full creative control over. Which one is your favorite?
Youthanasia and So Far So Good So What are probably the two albums where I actually prefer the 2004 remixes (CW and Risk have a couple tracks that are better). Youthanasia in particular just has this echo in Dave's voice that makes me really dizzy.
I'm probably going to get a lot of hate for this post since most people tend to hate the 2004 mix of Youthanasia the most, but I wonder if anyone else shares this opinion.
