Where to buy Tirzepatide (Mounjaro) in UK with BMI <25

I have done a lot of research on GLP1s for females with endometriosis, specifically micro-dosing mounjaro for anti-inflammatory benefits and their symptoms hugely improving. The stories are overwhelmingly positive and i have decided after listening to lots of podcasts on benefits/side effects I am going to try micro-dosing mounjaro for my endo relief. I have stage 4 endometriosis and the doctor has just recommended me going on drugs that medically induce the menopause - i am age 33 (no thanks). FYI I am going into this very prepared on nutrition / strength training and not doing this for weight loss.
Please can someone help me by recommending an online pharmacist who will prescribe it to someone who does not have a BMI over 25? I have looked online lots but all of them require a live photo of you to show your weight and I won't get it prescribed as i am not visibly overweight. I am only planning to microdose the drug but i wont get it via GP presercription. Are there any places I can buy Mounjaro without uploading a photo?
Any recs would be so so helpful - i am really suffering with symptoms and dont want to have to go on menopause drugs as my endo surgeon suggested.
