Hey everyone,

I’m having an issue with Payoneer and wanted to see if anyone else experienced this.

All my other documents are already approved, but my service/utility bill has been stuck as “under review” for almost two weeks now with no updates.

I already contacted support, but I haven’t received any response at all.

Has anyone dealt with something like this?
What’s the best way to move this forward or get their attention?

Any help would be appreciated.
