Beloved=Cothas Coffee

.

I'm a beginner fresh coffee brewer. I've enjoyed having milk coffees in cafes. So, this year decided to try to have that cafe wali vibe daily at home.

For that, I bought a cheap Rs. 500 moka pot and some pre ground 100% arabica beans some relative got when they visited Coorg. I was pulling some decent shots, that was primarily consumed with milk. Overall, I enjoyed having the new experience. After that I sourced some more pre ground coffee locally, which is now over.

Currently I'm looking to buy some pre ground coffee, and have zeroed on MokkaFarms and Cothas Coffee. So, while mokka is extremely thorough on type of roast and grind size and stuff, in Cothas coffee, it offers only medium roast and unknown grind size.

So, to enquire about the same, that if they offered customisation in grind size, and if they don't what is the default grind size, I tried contacting them 5 different ways:-1. CC Mail 2. Instagram DM 3. Whatsapp message 4. Direct calling 5. Contact Us Form on their website. Now, it has been more than 24 hours and I haven't got their reply.

So my fellow connoisseurs, please enlighten me with your experience with Cothas coffee. If you've tried their "Freshly Grounded Beans", what's the quality and grind size you got. Do you have any sure shot way of contacting them?

Also, I don't really know the nuances of coffee, and frankly not even trying to. I enjoy a cup of fresh moka with condensed milk and milk, that's it for now. I'm looking for good quality budget beans that are pre ground. I don't have a grinder, nor do I plan to buy it any time soon. When I'll be moving forward in my coffee journey, I think first logical step would be to buy a Bialetti, then I can think of buying a grinder.

Till then, any and all suggestions are welcome.

And, thank you for your guidance!
