Not sure how to properly phrase the title. But basically my parents tell eachother every single thing. And they also tell me siblings too. For example, a while back I was crying to my mom about something I was going through and she seemed to have told my sister. When I spoke on the phone with my sister some days later, I noticed her trying to fish for information. She kept asking "hope everything is okay with you"
Another scenario, I went on a date and told my sister about it. Weeks later I was on the phone with my mum and she slipped up and mentioned it, but I never told her about my date.
Finally I had an argument with my dad and I call my sister just to check in and she says she heard about it.
They do this to everyone, so it's not just me. Constantly talking about everyone's business. Because of this I can't open up to them about anything, because I know everyone else will hear about it.
I just wanted to know if this is a normal family dynamic or not.
