On day 5 of CT (no subs, just helper meds) and wondering about long-term recovery. I did a google search and got depressed when I saw it can take 6 months to a year or longer for your dopamine receptors to heal. I was on about 100 mgpd of 7-oh for 9 months. Am I really gonna feel like shit for up to a year (or longer)? I had no idea this was going to be a long-term consequence of my actions. Just feeling very dejected about what I did to myself.
