What is this hospital washroom!!!?

I came to Ajmer as a relative was admit in JLN Hospital and naturally after some time I had to use a washroom

And no washroom… NOT EVEN ONE was sanitary enough to be used.

Really a message to the sweepers who I saw cleaning the washroom: SCRUBBING IS A THING DUDE! Like you can’t just put some phenyl in water and throw it on the washroom floor and call it clean.

Please scrub. Please.
