Did you notice a difference in going from 100mg to 150mg for social anxiety?

Im taking 100mg now for like 4 months for social anxiety and severe overthinking. The overthinking is mostly gone but the social anxiety is just a little bit better.

I just upped the dose to 150mg. Did 100 to 150mg made a big difference for your social anxiety? Or was it just a little bit better.

Is auto verkopen via anwb verkoop service gunstig?

Ik wil mijn auto verkopen maar heb geen zin in het gedoe dat via sites zoals marktplaats komt kijken.

Wat is jullie ervaring met het verkopen van je auto aan bijvoorbeeld de anwb verkoop service? Of eventueel bijvoorbeeld ikwilvanmijnautoaf.nl enzovoort?

I have only been drinking like 1 cup of coffee and some caffeinated tea a day, tho im at day 5 of quitting caffeine and i feel very very exhausted. The first few days i had a headache which improved a little but overall i can’t do anything. I have extreme brain fog and get do much more than laying in bed.

Is this normal after quitting just a small amount of caffeine?

Im taking it for 9 weeks now (12 weeks total) and i see a lot of improvement. My moderate to severe acne is almost gone. I will share my progress when im done with the 12 weeks taking it. I’m hoping that it will clear up completely the coming weeks.

What is your experience? Did doxycycline fix your acne? And how did you prevent it from coming back?

Im currently experiencing severe burnout for like 2 years, im not working, no school, im only able to take some walks and socialize a little here and there. I’m 21yo and im drinking caffeine since +- 13.

Caffeine is both the fuel i need to do the things that are important for me like taking walks and seeing family and the thing that’s slowing my burnout recovery. Every time i decide to quit caffeine there will be an activity or place i go to that is really challenging for me so i need caffeine to function in that place.

I feel like if i fully quit caffeine then my whole surviving mechanism goes away and i don’t have any control over if i will be able to function when i need to or not.

The question: if you relate to my situation, do you have any advice or personal experience on how i can deal with this? Do i just quit the caffeine for 100% no matter how challenging the things im doing/going to are and just be miserable for a while? Or should i find some middle ground?

I’m also really curious to hear personal experiences of people who have had severe burnout and found that quitting caffeine improved burnout recovery significantly.

Thanks in advance!
