I bought a Cyber power pre-built and was getting that blue screen randomly. I think I probably went back and forth with them a dozen times for close to a year within the warranty window with no luck of resolving the issue. At one point they even suggested I take to a repair shop to have someone fix it. Soon later a year went by since purchase, they said sorry we couldn't resolve it but your warranty is up, kick rocks.
I took it to a shop down the street and he diagnosed it in 24 hrs and ended up replacing the 1 tb hard drive and that fixed it.
So the main lesson here is that Cyber power PC was not able to effectively troubleshoot the error via email or phone. Just my experience and an FYI to anyone who may go through similar issue.
