Am I the Asshole for looking for my book at 3:44 am when my roommate who when I'm asleep does a lot of bustling about as well is asleep

It's currently 3:44 am I can't sleep due to being in so much pain that it hurts to lay flat on my back. I was looking for my book that I wanted to read because I can't go back to sleep because of back pain. Mind you my roommate while I'm asleep is always doing something like opening the door. It's to the point that whenever she wakes up in the morning I'm woken up. Yes I sleep later then her but also should she get the same disrespect that she gives me or no.
