Has anyone had this problem? Im trying to unlink this ugly account that i mistakenly put instead of my main account and now im stuck not being able to put my main in. I tried using different browsers, tried with my pc, tried with incognito, nothing works it’s actually so ridiculous idk what to do
Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I recently bought this ps5 from marketplace and they said they factory reset it but when i turned it on i found two accounts logged in and im unable to access some games having lock(i dont want any of them i just want to reset it like new), im wondering what is the solution for this. The ps5 doesn’t have any ps account signed in so im so lost what to do..
Its been a long time since i owned a console i actually dont know what all this bullshit is so if anyone has any idea i would love it
