My monitor won’t turn on and I don’t know why

I finished putting all the parts together and before putting it in the case I wanted to check to make sure everything’s working but sadly it’s just not. skip to 1:15 for the manual and the lights that show the problems. My main confusion is that they only show for a temporary time so I’m not sure if it’s just lighting up when it’s booting up or not. Any help is greatly appreciated (and needed).

1300$ Gaming Pc Need to know if theirs any issues im glossing over because this is my first pc
I plan on adding a second stick of 16gb ram later. The motherboard, cpu, and ram cost 300$ in total so don’t mind the price of the whole build My budget is 1300$ but might buy the monitor I listed on the website although I already have one 1080p 60hz monitor (was thinking of using my original monitor as a second one). Need to know if there’s any issues with the whole setup because I don’t want to miss anything that I should’ve bought or that two things don’t work together. I’m pretty sure the cpu and gpu work really well with each other after using a bottle neck calculator, I know the motherboard and cpu work together, and I think the case and the gpu work together.
Overall I feel like I’m rushing through the process due to only 2 weeks of research for such a large purchase.
