Purchased a Ryanair Gift Card on 6 May 2026. Never received it by email. Contacted support 4+ times. Every response is the same: "click here" link to their chatbot. The chatbot can't find Gift Card references — only flight bookings — and returns "We were unable to retrieve the booking." Then they close the ticket.

Has anyone dealt with this? Did chargeback work? Is there any way to reach an actual human at Ryanair?
