On Zen I can easily modify the button layouts. I can't seem to find the same option on Arc. Any help?

• Is it better to use the Codex app or Codex CLI?
• What are the best skills/plugins to use?
• What's the most cost efficient model? I've been using 5.5 medium and it's fine? Is using 5.4 cheaper with negligible performance loss?
