Help Friend, I'm in confusion for choosing good.
Hey I'm 22 and I currently working in a well known production company as an office admin (but they make every possible work by me). I got Paid an amount of 14000 rupees for working 12 hours a day Sometimes I need to overtime (not paid additional). Now I learning new skills over there which may help me in future. But recently I got a call from a new place to join their company for work.
They are providing 20000 as salary for a month and a 12 hour shift as well. If I think logically it's a good offer for me. Still I don't know how to respond there.
They asked me to join in 2 days after the interview and I'm in a Confusion about what to say to the working company and how do I leave from there. I have a lot of responsibility over there within 2 days how am I going to do this.
I need a piece of advice regarding this.
