Has anyone here with a Septate uterus experienced infertility because of it? I’ve been trying to conceive for 2 years and have never had a positive pregnancy test even once.
I recently had an ultrasound on cycle day 13, and it showed good follicle growth (17 mm on the right ovary and 24 mm on the left), so I seem to be ovulating normally. However, the woman who performed the scan said that my septate uterus could be the reason for my infertility.
Has anyone else gone through something similar? Were you able to conceive naturally, or did you need surgery/treatment?
