I received a mail regarding deactivation of my account, and when I asked about the clarification, an AI generated mail was send stating there is a possible use of AI during screening tests, and now a specialist will review and then respond within few days.

Can anyone tell me like what could be the time I can expect to get a reply?

Or like what are chances that it will generally be reactivated?
