I’m 21 years old this is my first ever run in with the law. I was driving late at night on the street while it was raining and popped a tire and spun out on the road. Some people came to help see if I was ok then a few minutes after police pull up and explain them the situation. They make me do a field sobriety test and I am asked to do a breathalyzer where I refused. I had a few drinks atleast 4-5 hours before this happened. I end up getting arrested where they ask me again for a breath or blood test I wanted clarification to why and what the tests entail but they just thought I was stalling and they issued a warrant where they took my blood and it was supposedly over .08. Went to jail overnight and when I got out the report doesn’t list the exact alcohol level I was at. So I have the charge for dui and refusal, what should I do? Do I have a shot to get charged less severely
