Image 1 — Balboa heater only getting 120 volts

Balboa heater only getting 120 volts

Recently replaced this Balboa heater because it was leaking but now it doesn’t seem to be getting the full 240volts, it only gets 120v on the left leg from the red power. The right leg which comes from the black power side doesn’t get anything. I imagine this is the k2 k3 relays or the whole board. Anyone have ideas or know where I can get the exact board from? I’ve searched online and can’t seem to find anything

Balboa Heater only getting 120v

Newly replaced balboa heater on a dream maker spa but heater only gets 120volt via the left leg, right side leg doesn’t get anything. Replaced heater because it was leaking so not sure if both legs were present before since I didn’t check. Replace relays or whole board? Anyone know where I can find this exact board model, I can’t seem to find the exact one
