looking for non biased opinions on a bad vet experience

Will be long, please read to the end for full context.

My 15 year old cat has IBD and is on a prednisalone ear clicker medication as needed during a flare. This requires yearly blood work to get refills so we took her back this week, and while we were there, they suggested gabapentin at night for zoomies which they were calling sundowners and saying it indicated pain? I thought the gabapentin was excessive but just accepted it and was charged $15 for a small bottle, and we also payed for a small amount of liquid Prednisalone to get her by until the ear clicker medication was shipped. 20 hours later, the vet calls and leaves a voicemail saying there was a medication labeling error please call us back so we can make sure it’s correct. We called back and they immediately were acting super weird and delaying the information , then finally dropped the bomb that they labeled the liquid Pred as 40cc but was supposed to be 0.4cc, which from my understanding could have been extremely dangerous if not fatal, given she’s only an 8 pound cat and already medically fragile overall, with the bloodwork showing a slight elevation in liver enzymes at the time of the appointment .( thank God we had not given it to her yet). They didn’t seem to care much about their extreme oversight and was more interested in making sure I knew I was ALSO undercharged for the gabapentin we didn’t even really need, and I would now owe an additional $101 after the $300 visit yesterday. I said I can’t really afford that right now and they just said they’d send me a bill, with very few apologies for their gigantic mistake. Am I over reacting for being extremely upset about this? They almost really harmed my cat with that overdose label and don’t even care, they just want their extra money. I’m so so very upset about this

Temps are :
88-89 warm side
92-95 hot spot on an optional slate
87 air temp inside warm hide
77-79 cool side
Please tell me she’ll be okay. I think she does things to make me worry on purpose at this point 😮‍💨I’ve had her for several years and I don’t think I’ve ever not seen her in the warm side after a meal
