Got a lot of recommendations on the last post and so I incorporated a few of them and gave an additional angle:

- removed tall bed frame (and under bed lighting)
- paintings
- raised desk height & placed chair under desk
- opened the window

- keyboard and mouse and in desk drawers fyi
- bought and returned gray rug, felt unnecessary

Also wanted to mention that I painted that larger frame, very proud of it. Somewhat hard to see in the picture, but I made a base coat of bright whites and blues. After, I grabbed a plastery gray color and painted over the frame very quickly so that you can see inconsistencies with blue/white bleeding through on some parts. The frame is sharp, with the canvas portion intentionally looking rushed/uneven. I very creatively named the piece “plaster.”

No the pictures are not AI, and the pictures are not in grayscale.

This is my living space for around two years. I personally enjoy it and it allows me to focus on my work more than anything.

I am wanting to know your thoughts on the bedroom, and any changes you would recommend. I do want to keep the bedroom monochrome as it’s easier on my eyes, and it makes the bedroom uncomfortable to an extent that I don’t feel drowsy and can instead work more. I don’t like colors, just black, white, and a little bit of chrome, other colors are too intrusive for me. I guess my biggest issue is it feels like a college dorm.
