My aunt commissioned a "painter she found online" to paint a mural of her dead dog

I walked into my aunts house last weekend to see this pretty large mural of her dog that died a few years ago hung like a centerpiece in her house. I immediately thought it looked too clean to be a painting, so I asked her where she found the painter and she said "online, only paid a few hundred for it." It's clearly printed on canvas and framed like you can get for $30 at Walgreens. She really loved that dog like her own child and loves the "painting," so I couldn't ruin it by making the claim, but I'm almost certain this is an AI generated image.

Why I think it's AI - Nothing about it the color, strokes, or shadows looks like a real painting to me. Also the details of image she gave the "painter" are reflected way too accurately and not artistically, like the shape and shadowing of her tongue.
