I’m from out of town and will be moving to chicago this summer for work. We’ll be in town this week to hopefully find a place and sign and lease and we are working with a broker. She prefers MLS, but being the anxious type A person I am, I can’t stop scavenging the third party sites and I’ve honestly found some places I’ve liked. I’ve sent them over to the broker and many times those places tell her that they won’t work with broker to the point that she’s told me to just coordinate any third party stuff on my own. Is this a red flag? I also feel bad for wasting to brokers time if I go with a place like this since they won’t get paid

Hello! Me and my American husband will be visiting from the US this may. We are looking to travel from Ooty for a flight to Coimbatore which will leave probably around 3 PM or so. I am struggling to find buses to book online for the journey. We are hesitant to book a private driver since we have heard stories about scams and issues after already paying, but does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to make this trip? We can shift the flight to an evening flight if that would be more realistic.
