Remember the intent
There have been some conversations in here over the past weeks that are extremely critical of the treasure hunt.
I feel it’s important to remember that the point of this hunt was never to give just one person a lot of money. But to give every person something they can find enjoyment in along the way.
If you find yourself feeling hurt or overwhelmed, the best thing to do is take a step back and think about why you’re truly doing this treasure hunt. If your only goal is to get rich and be the finder, the odds are not in your favor. There may be other hobbies that give you a more reliable sense of accomplishment.
Satisfaction in this will not come when you find the treasure but when you realize you don’t need to in order to feel good about the effort you’re making.
