So I wanna kitbash Abaddon and typhus to make a Demon Prince. I know abaddon shares a 60mm base with the DP so I figure thats alright but I know the legality of such models can be filmsy would I be able to run him in a tournament or anything like that? Im sure most casual players would be fine with the proxy.
So I'm knew to Warhammer tabletop as a whole, reading through this sub and seeing people recommend PM over BT but nothing is glaringly obvious to me as to why.
I'm looking at the codex and I'm seeing its probably the weapon options but is that worth losing the extra durability? I'm also seeing you can add way more unit leader ( LOP, MP, NB, BP, FB, Tallyman, PS, IB) options for the plague marines compared to the only real option being Lord of Virulence, while the Lord of Contagion is not really up their alley compared to the Death Shroud. I think I answered my own question but I would still appreciate outside and battle tested opinions!
New ish to the game. Ive got 9 built, 5 painted ,and I am reading the codex and seeing i can only run a max of 5 with my LOC.
Could I still run my other 4 with Typhus or a champion?
