Hie. I need a job referral and I am desperate! I am currently working as a Sr. Associate in my company and will complete 4 years of work ex. by the end of May 2026. However, I am looking for a remote opportunity as I was in an accident last year and got multiple fractures , had 2 surgeries and thus was bedridden for a few months. Now- I am able to walk a bit but I am completely immersed in physiotherapy and commuting right now would be difficult for me. All the surgeries, physiotherapy and medication have piled up into huge costs in my home. When I reached out to my company for a promotion, which I am due for since a long time, they changed my title but didn't give me any financial growth. I believe I am a good and hard worker, who has been contributing significantly towards the growth of my present company. I however deserve a bit more. I am not arrogant, I would never be.. but I really need it and I am desperate! I am working in Global Risk and Compliance as a Sr. Associate and TL and some of my clients presently are- The Walt Disney Company, Michelin etc. I am a good orator and my typing speed is 55wpm with approx. 95-96% accuracy. I know I am deserving. I just need referrals, or I fear I will fall behind and the world will move on. It is depressing the hell out of me! Can someone please help me ??
