Before using this file make sure you have the v1.0 or famously called hoodlum version of gta sa you can get it from internet archives or miscellaneous-C website I've used both and found the cd rom issue on both but this file fixed it

simply extract the file and drag the gtasa .exe file to your gta sa folder and replace it

Note- this .exe file is only for 64 bit system do not use it if you have a 32 bit system this won't work

also this file already comes with large address aware mod applied so no need redo it
