I’ve been replaying the game recently and started thinking about the NPCs you almost never see. I’m not just talking about the rare spawns like the Elvis impersonators in Las Venturas, but the truly "blink and you’ll miss them" characters.

​Is there a specific pedestrian model or a story-related character that is technically the hardest to find? Curious if there’s anyone even rarer than the Black Mr. Whoopee driver or certain interior-only NPCs. What do you guys think?

For me it's las venturas, the city feels very lifeless, the atmosphere is very hollow and the roads are also designed poorly.

That includes all villages, towns and cities in the game.

Has anyone tried this before? It’s not easy.

In the Madd Dog mansion mission, the rhyme book doesn't appear. What do I do?
