Hello. So basically today I decided to drill out my snapped head bolts from my Suffolk Punch 98cc alloy aluminum engine. I used a pillar drill and drilled all the way through and I think I did an okay job with it. However, I have then tried using a hammer to break off and close in the bolt to try and get it out, but I only ended up being able to chip out a little bit out of the tip of the bolt. I don't know if I should use an easy out as of how thin the bolt is, and how close it is to the thread. If you think an easy out is a good idea, please tell me what tool I should use for something like this, if I should use a wrench or a power tool. Sorry for the bad video quality, but please help. Thank you.

Hello. I think you guys have seen my last post regarding timing on my Suffolk Punch 98cc alloy engine. I have realized that I didn't give enough evidence on the engine for you guys to make a good guess as I got quite a lot of mixed answers. So, here is the video of the valve and piston movements as they go. And if you can let me know if everything looks okay and if everything is timed right regarding the camshaft, crankshaft, gearing. Thank you.
