What does the sims 3 do better than the sims 2 in your opinion?

I've been seeing quite a few posts about, how the sims 2 is superior to the sims 3, how the sims 3 was a downgrade and what sims 2 features should have been in the sims 3. It got me wondering if there are people who actually think the opposite.

So what does the sims 3 do better than the sims 2? Why is it the better game in your opinion?

I don't think I'm asexual, but I'm still trying to figure that out, but something that comes up a lot in the sub that confuses me is the whole sexual attraction vs sexual desire thing.

A lot of people here say that you can't have sexual attraction without desire and that sort of makes sense, like of someone desires sex with some one then it's pretty safe to say they have sexual attraction to them however people having sexual attraction to someone with out desiring to have sex with them is very common amongst allos.

It's very common for people to find someone very sexual attractive without wanting to act on it. Celebrity crushes are a common thing this applies to. People in monogamous relationships are always talking about how they can acknowledge someone is sexually attractive without wanting to act on it.

And I want to say it's specifically sexual attraction it isn't just regular aesthetic attraction.

My mum for instance will acknowledge celebrities she find sexually attractive and even make sexual Jokes about it but I know for a fact she has sworn off relationships of any kind and would reject these celebrities if they appeared in front of her.

Another thing allos do is fantasies but not want to act on it in real life, but I've seen people here say they fantasise about sex but not want to act on it as well, how is an allo and an ace fantasising but not wanting to act on it different?
