I ordered food. After hours of making me wait saying food is packed and waiting for being picked up and not giving me any option to cancel saying the food will go to waste, they themselves cancelled the order and now not initiating refund. They are sending same reply that they cannot initiate refund. Anybody booked case in NCH or any other ways? If so, wiill you share your experience? Any assistance will be helpful
