Ordered a Pond's moisturizer from Amazon now yesterday. When I went to open and use it today morning and the entire container was empty!!

I have been trying to reach customer care since morning but they are having "technical issues" and I am not able to reach anyone!! It has become more and more difficult to talk to their customer care and I am not able to see the chat option! :( Since it is a non-returnable item, I have no other option but to contact customer care somehow. Learnt my lesson, will always go the store to buy anything from now on.
