Add a hidden untended weather consequence for each of the nine Landsraad decrees.
There could 3 hidden impact associated to a decree, where one of them would be applied at random. The impact is revealed once the decree is applied.
The intent is to allow the weather on Arrakis to play a more significant role in our decisions. Imagine each decree is linked tonan activation of a weather station, which results in unintended consequences.
For example:
- increased frequency of storms in the Vermillius Gap
- increased power consumption or reduced fabrication rates, when a storm is in the area (inspired by Dune Spice Wars)
- increased rate at which a vehicle battery overheats while boosting
- increased frequency that vehicle weapons jam (due to sand) and need to be reloaded, while a portion of the ammo is consumed
- Dew fields do not generate water for a week or plant fiber is absent
