Reta Week 1
Has anyone else had this with Reta?
I’ve been on Retatrutide for 1 week now and honestly the scale hasn’t moved much yet, which is a little disappointing. But at the same time I’ve noticed some really positive changes already..my inflammation is way down, my face isn’t puffy anymore, and I just generally feel less swollen and stiff overall.
Appetite suppression hasn’t fully kicked in yet but I do feel fuller quicker and not craving sugar as much which is great. Side effect wise I’ve had some diarrhea and mild stomach issues on and off, nothing unbearable though.
Trying not to panic about the lack of weight loss this early because I know it’s only week 1, but curious if anyone else experienced this before the weight started dropping? When did you start seeing bigger changes?
