Hi everyone! I am female international SURF fellow trying to get a good sublease match. I’m very organized, respectful, and easygoing. I will try to include all the minimun requeriments for a good offer and some extra requeriments that probably can help me to decide which one choose. Ready to negociate!

Minimun requeriments:

1. Timeline: Approx. June 1st – July 31st.
2. Price: around 550, max 750. Fixed price is better.
3. Location: less than 20min walking from Purdue Mall.
4. Private room.
5. Fully furnished. More equipped is better.
6. All services included.
7. No deposit.
8. Quiet and respectful environment.

The "Extra" points:

1. Payment: Pay by-weekly in the first month is preferred.
2. Bike: If you can lend me a bike, I consider it so much and I can be more flexible with the distance to campus!
3. People: I prefer have few roomates, but I'd love to have at least one roommate for a little of socialization with—I also speak Spanish!
4. Bedding and towels included, I have one or two luggages to put my life in haha.
5. A well-equipped kitchen and proximity to shops/supermarkets.
6. A coupled of days of flexibility on checkout. Additionally, I likely will arrive 31th May.
