I think it's safe to say the 2025 regular employee EVPs were severely impacted by the 2025 tariff charge. (Can't say the same about the SLT) Here is the stated impact of tariffs in 2025: $3.1 Billion

"General Motors (GM) reported a total tariff impact of approximately $3.1 billion on its 2025 earnings."

Recently, it was announced that there would be a $500 million tariff refund in 2026.

We all know that the SLT will enrich themselves with this $500 million while not returning any of it to the 2026 EVP fund.
