I wanted to share my body transformation journey and get some feedback from you all.
I started in January 2025. Before that, I had spent about 8 years focusing mostly on work and not really taking care my health. I decided it was time to change that and prioritize my fitness and overall well-being.
The first photo is from about 2–3 weeks after I started. The second set is around 6 months in, where you can see a noticeable difference.
After that, there’s a photo where I look a bit out shape again. That’s because I stopped training from October 2025 until mid-January 2026 due to some personal circumstances, plus the holidays didn’t help.
I got back into the gym around mid-January 2026 and have been consistent since then.
Right now I’m in a calorie deficit, working toward getting down to around 10–12% body fat with visible abs. After that, my plan is to do a slow bulk for 6–12 months, then cut again. I understand this will take time, and I’m treating it as a long-term process.
