Most blockers made me uninstall them after a day because they were too restrictive.

So I tried a different approach:

Instead of banning social media, it adds intentional friction before content opens.

It currently works on:

• YouTube
• TikTok
• Instagram
• Reddit
• X/Twitter
• Facebook

Biggest challenge honestly was handling all the different infinite-scroll systems and dynamic page updates.

Curious what features people would want in something like this.

I made a chrome extension called No Scroll its a mulit platform social media re route that makes it less addictive and more productive (while still allowing shorts.. yes shorts are allowed but every swipe is delayed) regardless I just wanted to update store images and a video so my page is nice and its taking longer than my original upload
