Heyy everyone. Can y’all give me some things to manifest? Like materialistic things for example a new iPhone, jewelry, decoration anything.

So it was like 5:00 am and I stayed up like all night bc I already slept during the day. So I went to sleep and got the idea to shift. So I just thought about like my dr and suddenly my vision started spinning and my heart was beating like insanely fast. For a split second it felt like I was nowhere? Like not in my body idk how to explain it.

What does this mean?
